Eligible applicants are households entitled to increased reimbursement, have a low income, or are in a collective debt arrangement. Applications must be submitted within 60 days of fuel delivery. Annually, a maximum of 1,500 liters of fuel per household can qualify for an allowance.
Those unable to visit in person can grant power of attorney to someone else to apply on their behalf. Required documents for the application include an identity card, the fuel delivery invoice, and a bank card.
The Welzijnshuis Waregem, located at Schakelstraat 41, 8790 Waregem, is the contact point. You can visit without an appointment on weekdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 6 PM. Appointments are also possible in the afternoon.
