Belhuttebaan in Koekelare temporarily closed for asphalt renewal

The Belhuttebaan in Koekelare is undergoing renewal of its asphalt strip between the roundabout and the concrete sections. The works, which last until Friday, October 9, will result in a complete closure for vehicles.

The asphalt strip between the roundabout and the concrete sections of the Belhuttebaan is being resurfaced. According to the current schedule, the works will last until Friday, October 9.
During the works, passage between the Belhuttebaan and the Provinciebaan will be completely closed to vehicles. Cyclists and pedestrians will, however, always be able to pass.
Traffic heading from Koekelare towards Diksmuide, Kortemark, or Torhout will be diverted via Ichtegem, and vice versa. Through traffic will be diverted via the Provinciebaan – Torhoutbaan (Ichtegem) – Ringlaan (Ichtegem) – Sint-Bertinuslaan (Ichtegem) – Koekelarestraat (Ichtegem).
