The third edition of Gand Gourmand starts on Sunday, November 1st, with an expanded food promenade in Ghent, featuring forty culinary stops and a central meeting point at NTGent.

The food promenade on Sunday, November 1st, marks the start of Gand Gourmand, which this year boasts forty culinary stops, double the number from last year. For the first time, NTGent serves as the central hub for the event, running until Sunday, November 8th.
During the food promenade, visitors can explore iconic establishments like Bloch, Mokabon, and Café Folklore, alongside newcomers such as Norman Bakery, Mellum, and cocktail bar Soan. The central hub at NTGent acts as a meeting point where seventeen food makers present their products and stories. Visitors can start their route, discover and taste products, and meet the people behind the brands.
Gand Gourmand aims to become the premier culinary discovery tour in Ghent, focusing on the people and their stories behind the products and dishes. The central meeting place at NTGent also provides a visible platform for makers and producers without a physical presence in the city center.
The event also features notable collaborations. For instance, Deduytschaever's iconic chocolate tart receives a new interpretation by Ice Ice Amy, Joost Arijs creates an exclusive Gand Gourmand macaron, and Amaro and silversmith Confetti craft a silver spoon live, which will be raffled on November 1st.
Beyond the food promenade, activities will take place throughout the week, including fifteen workshops, nine guided tours, and numerous tastings and specials. The full program is available at www.visitgent.be/gandgourmand.
