Between 9 AM and 5 PM, Defense teams on horseback, along with units from the Aalst police, will search an extensive area using drones. The exercise is aimed at locating individuals.
Residents walking or present in the vicinity on that day may encounter military and police teams. Drones may also be observed in the area. The exercise will be conducted west of Denderwindeke and south of Pollare.
There is no need for alarm if you see military or police personnel; this is a planned and announced exercise.
