Those eligible for a job bonus will automatically receive a letter between November 2026 and end of February 2027. To receive your job bonus, your bank account number must be registered in Mijn Burgerprofiel. If you wish to change your bank account number, you have 10 calendar days after receiving the letter.
The digihelpers offer free assistance with registering or changing your bank account number in Mijn Burgerprofiel. You can also turn to them for help with itsme, logging in with your identity card and card reader, or using your eBox.
The Digipunt and Infopunt Toegankelijkheid at the library (Molenhoekstraat 2) is open on the first Tuesday of each month from 10 AM to 12 PM. No assistance is available during school holidays and public holidays.
Digipunt bib (Molenhoekstraat 2) is open on Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. No assistance is available on public holidays.
Digipunt Ten Hove (Jakob Smitslaan 28) is open on the third Tuesday of each month from 10 AM to 12 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. It is closed on public holidays and during school vacations.
