Residents can leave their essential medical and contact details for family or friends, enabling emergency services such as ambulances, police, and fire brigades to quickly access the correct information in case of an emergency.
Residents of Kalmthout can collect a free Yellow Box from local pharmacies and the De Groten Uitleg Local Service Centre. Upon receiving the box, a sticker is provided to be placed on the inside of the front door, alerting emergency responders to the presence of a yellow box in the refrigerator.
