Starting Tuesday, October 20th, the Kasterlee app will undergo a thorough renovation, aiming to provide more municipal services and information in one central location for residents.

The renewed app will include a wide range of functionalities, such as making reports, scheduling appointments, viewing the waste calendar, reserving rooms, and purchasing Kasterlee gift vouchers. Additionally, municipal news, activities, and job openings will be easily accessible.
Through Mijn Burgerprofiel (My Citizen Profile), users will gain access to personal government matters, including their eBox and digital certificates. Existing users do not need to download a new app; the update will be automatic. New users can perform the update manually via the App Store or Google Play.
More information about the renewed app will be available on the municipality's website starting tomorrow.
