In the winter of 2026-2027, Fluvius customers who lack the financial means to heat their homes and have a digital prepayment meter (prepaid) can qualify for financial assistance. Starting this winter period, customers heating with a heat pump can also benefit from this.
If this applies to you, you can request a minimal supply of natural gas or electricity from your municipality's OCMW between November 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027.
