The promotion does not apply to world shop products. The second-hand shop, located at Gemeenteplein 4, offers a varied selection including clothing, shoes, books, CDs, DVDs, LPs, bric-a-brac, toys, paintings, and kitchenware. Electric appliances and second-hand laptops are also available. Recently, the store received a collection of approximately 1,000 singles.
Shopping for quality second-hand items here is not only sustainable and affordable but also contributes to Oxfam's operations and its commitment to economic justice, fair trade, human rights, and support for people and communities in the Global South.
The shop relies on enthusiastic volunteers who assist with in-store operations, at the checkout, with administration and logistics, and with sorting, checking, and pricing incoming goods. Interested individuals can meet the volunteer team during opening hours or contact them via catherinepironet@telenet.be.
Anyone with items that can have a second life can also bring them to the shop during opening hours. Oxfam sorts the donated goods and then offers them for sale.
Oxfam Tweedehands Knokke-Heist is located at Gemeenteplein 4 and is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM and on Thursdays and Fridays from 2 PM to 5 PM.
