To be eligible, individuals must be a customer of Fluvius and have a digital meter with an active prepaid function. New this year is that those who heat with a heat pump can also qualify for this support.
Applications can be submitted at the intake of the Dienst Welzijn (Welfare Department) from November 1st to March 31st.
