By renovating homes, citizens can reduce their energy bills, increase living comfort, and contribute to a better climate. With the new financing formula Mijn VerbouwLening, the Flemish government aims to make these renovations financially feasible for more households.
Through Mijn VerbouwLening, citizens can borrow up to 60,000 euros for various energy-saving works. This includes roof, wall, or floor insulation, the installation of high-efficiency glazing, heat pumps, and solar panels, as well as other energy-saving investments.
The interest rate for the loan is exceptionally low, ranging from 0%, 0.5%, or 1.5% depending on the applicant's income, if the loan is applied for this year. This makes Mijn VerbouwLening often significantly more advantageous than a classic bank loan.
More detailed information on the conditions and application procedure is available on the website www.mijnverbouwlening.be. For those with questions or needing assistance with their application, the Energiehuis WVI can also be contacted via www.energiehuiswvi.be.
