The search for a new operator comes at a strategic moment, as the Gemeenteplein has recently undergone a thorough renovation and now serves as an attractive meeting space. Taverne Rochus plays a central role in this.
The award of the operating rights will proceed via a dialogue procedure. In this process, the municipality will engage with interested candidates to discuss the concept and conditions of the concession. The goal is to find a market-conform and realistic operation that aligns with the expectations of both the entrepreneur and the municipality.
