The call comes at a strategic moment, as the Gemeenteplein in the center of Huldenberg has undergone a thorough transformation, evolving into an attractive meeting space. Taverne Rochus plays a central role in this.
The awarding of the operating rights will proceed via a dialogue procedure. In this process, the municipality will engage with interested candidates to discuss the concept and conditions of the concession. The goal is to find a market-conform and realistic operation that aligns with the expectations of both the entrepreneur and the municipality.
Interested parties will have the opportunity to explore the location during an information session and site visit on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Attendance must be confirmed via email to financien@huldenberg.be.
