The Flemish government will start sending out the first letters concerning the job bonus for the 2025 reference year from November 2nd, 2026. Employees who earned less than 3,115 euros gross per month in 2025 may be eligible for a bonus ranging from a minimum of 60 euros to a maximum of 700 euros, including an additional 50 euro payment.

The distribution of these letters will be staggered, continuing until late February 2027. Recipients eligible for the job bonus will receive a letter. To get the bonus paid out, a bank account number must be registered in Mijn Burgerprofiel. Existing account numbers can be changed within ten calendar days.
For those needing assistance or having questions about the job bonus, the Flemish government offers support through its website, the free information number 0800 61106 (available on weekdays from 9 AM to 7 PM), and local Digibanken (digital assistance points).
Cross-border workers residing in Flanders and employed in Wallonia or abroad can apply for the job bonus via the WSE-loket. Currently, applications are based on earnings and performance data from 2022, 2023, and 2024. From December 1st, 2026, cross-border workers will also be able to submit applications based on their 2025 data.
