Since 2012, Woonpunt Zennevallei and the municipality of Pepingen have been collaborating on revitalizing the village center in Bogaarden. Previously, social housing was realized in the renovated ’t Schoolhuys and the former café Matton, which now provide homes for local families.
With the housing project Bogaarden phase 3, this initiative continues with the construction of six new homes. The design considers the existing village character and, following feedback from local residents, the plans and number of homes have been adjusted.
