On Wednesday, November 11 and Sunday, November 22, cyclocross races will take place in the Sint-Annapark in Maldegem, organized by Cycling Maldegem vzw. To ensure safety, traffic measures will be implemented in and around the park.

The races are held in the Sint-Annapark, near the youth club premises, with an entrance on Gidsenlaan. This section of the park will be temporarily closed to the public, but entry points will be located at Gidsenlaan and along the cycling and walking path in the wooded area. The rest of the park will remain accessible.
On the race days, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, one-way traffic will be in effect on Gidsenlaan from Vakekerkweg towards Noordstraat. Traffic in the opposite direction will be diverted via Noordstraat, Marktstraat, Westeindestraat, Vakekerkweg, and Gidsenlaan. Cyclists can travel in both directions.
A no stopping and parking ban will be in place at several locations to accommodate the event organization and visitors to local businesses. This applies to the parking area at the youth club, Gidsenlaan, the parking at Sint-Annazwembad (with provisions for swimming pool visitors), the Westeindestraat parking, and a section of Vakekerkweg.
Additionally, on Thursday, November 18, between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM, a provincial cross-country training session will be held in the same part of Sint-Annapark, also resulting in a temporary closure.
