The Agency for Nature and Forests has prepared a modification to the nature management plan for the area known as ‘the hilly forest of the Flemish Ardennes: from Muziekbos to Brakelbos’. This area spans the municipalities of Brakel, Maarkedal, and Ronse. It involves a merger of the nature management plans for Brakelbos, Bos Ter Rijst, and Muziekbos, including planned modifications and expansions.
The complete dossier can be viewed digitally on the Nature and Forests website. During the period from October 1, 2026, to October 30, 2026, interested parties can submit their comments and/or objections in writing.
