The starting note, outlining the objectives and development scenarios for the plan area, and the process note, detailing the planning procedure, are available to the public. These documents can be consulted on the municipality's website, at the Gemeentehuis (Town Hall), and in the BIB (Library) within the Gemeentehuis.
A participation event will be held on Tuesday, November 17, from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Orangerie (Vekenstraat). This event offers an opportunity for more information, to ask questions, and to provide suggestions. Participation can be confirmed by emailing omgeving@buggenhout.be.
During the consultation period, citizens can submit comments and suggestions regarding the content of the starting note. Submissions can be made via email to omgeving@buggenhout.be, by letter addressed to the college of mayor and aldermen (Nieuwstraat 2, 9255 Buggenhout), or in writing at the reception of the Gemeentehuis during opening hours. All responses must be submitted by December 13, 2026.
