During the Week of Social Housing, the new mobile workspaces were presented. Each region of Wonen in Limburg now has its own mobile workspace that can be flexibly deployed during resident activities, site meetings, mobile counter days, press moments, and other initiatives.
With the WiLi's, Wonen in Limburg aims to prioritize customer focus and be accessible to all target groups. The mobile workspaces allow employees to easily travel to neighborhoods and events, literally bringing services closer to residents. This helps in informing people, answering questions, and actively involving residents in projects. The WiLi's also offer a solution to better reach vulnerable and less mobile residents, ensuring services remain accessible to everyone.
The WiLi's are flexibly deployable for all teams within the organization, from site meetings to information sessions on new regulations or temporary mobile counters. This flexibility enables WiL to respond to the needs of residents, candidates, buyers, and partners, regardless of location.
The three regions have each been assigned their own color: the North-West region uses the beige WiLi, the East region the green one, and the South region the blue one. Although the exterior differs, the interior setup of each WiLi is identical. Each WiLi is equipped with three seats at the front, a fully functional mobile office space with benches for four people, a table, storage, heating, power outlets, and a fold-out TV screen. The rear section contains a loading area with, among other things, a sound system, folding chairs, tables, and a toolkit for on-site activities and meetings.
Regardless of their color, all WiLi's share the same goal: to be present closer to residents, respond more quickly to questions and projects, and keep services accessible and low-threshold throughout Limburg.
