The commemoration begins at 9 AM with a service in the church. Afterwards, the procession, accompanied by the Harmonie, will walk to the town hall. At the monument for peace, tribute will be paid to Vorselaar's fallen soldiers and prisoners of war.
This year, the commemoration is dedicated to children and young people. Youth associations and the children's municipal council will have a voice. The municipality emphasizes that everyone, especially the youth, is warmly welcome.
The event will conclude with a toast to a peaceful future in the Dorpshuis (Community Centre).
