The Oud-Turnhout Fair will take place this year during the first weekend of October, specifically from Saturday, October 3 to Tuesday, October 6. The event will be held on and around the Village Square next to the town hall.
The fair's opening hours are as follows:
- Saturday: from 3 PM
- Sunday: from 2 PM
- Monday and Tuesday: from 3:30 PM
Due to the fair, temporary traffic measures will be implemented. The attractions are located on the Village Square and on the roadway of Dorp, between the intersection with Steenweg op Sevendonk (Dorp 1) and the intersection with Koning Boudewijnlaan (Dorp 7).
From Tuesday, September 29 at 7 PM (start of setup) until Tuesday, October 6 in the evening (after dismantling), no through traffic will be possible in Dorp between Steenweg op Sevendonk and Koning Boudewijnlaan.
In the fair zone in Dorp, dismounting from bicycles is mandatory.
To keep the Koning Boudewijnlaan and Koningin Fabiolalaan accessible, the bollards at Watermolen will be temporarily removed. Traffic will follow the detour via Eigen. LDC Eigenaard will also remain accessible.
The section of Dorp in front of the town hall and the N18 will remain accessible to all traffic throughout the entire period.
