Article 60§7 is a work experience program designed for individuals receiving a living wage or equivalent. Through temporary employment, they gain work experience and enhance their chances in the job market. This initiative is part of the city's multi-year plan 2026–2031, which prioritizes activation and guidance for residents facing greater challenges in accessing employment.
The videos cover various aspects of employment, from the importance of working and the specifics of an Article 60§7 contract to preparations for the first day. Topics such as benefits, compensation, family leave, work accidents, and unauthorized absences are also addressed. They serve as a supplement to the personal guidance provided by the social services department.
