The Local authority of Lint will soon begin replanting the green zones around the Kerkplein, near the Statiestraat and Residentie Haverveld.

The old vegetation will make way for fresh, natural planting. Following recent unsealing works, space is being cleared for a colourful and blooming environment. The first few months will primarily involve preparatory underground work, but from next spring onwards, a colourful and flourishing environment will be enjoyed.
The local authority will plant 6,300 perennials, 1,400 shrubs, and 20 new trees.
To carry out these plantings safely and smoothly, a temporary parking ban will be in effect on a number of parking spaces around the square. However, parking will always remain available on and around the square. The authority requests that the posted parking ban be respected to avoid delays in the work.
