The Blauwgroen Parkspoor, which was redeveloped over 5 years ago into an attractive residential and recreational zone, now has a nature management plan. This plan outlines how the area can best be managed and what conservation goals should be achieved. The plan was drafted after consulting local residents, gathering nearly 200 responses.
The plan can be consulted from Sunday, November 1st, to Monday, November 30th. This can be done via the Kontich municipality's website (www.kontich.be/lopende-openbare-onderzoeken) and the Nature and Forest agency's website (https://natuurenbos.vlaanderen.be/inspraak-van-de-burger/natuurbeheerplannen-publieke-consultatie).
Comments and/or objections to the plan can be submitted until November 30th to aves.ant@vlaanderen.be. Please include the reference 'Blauwgroen Parkspoor' and/or file number NBP-AN-26-0004.
