Starting December 4, 2026, the Gemeenteplein in Edegem will be transformed into Wintergem, a atmospheric meeting place for the end-of-year period, running until January 3, 2027.

Following last year's success, the municipality is going bigger this year with extra winter coziness, lights, and encounters on the square. Visitors can warm up in a larger winter bar offering seasonal treats, hot chocolate, local beers, and festive bubbly. There is also an extensive ice skating rink where children and adults can showcase their skating skills.
Whether you come to skate, have a drink, or simply soak up the winter atmosphere, everyone is welcome at Wintergem. The full program and practical information will soon be available on the website wintergem.be.
The event runs from Friday, December 4, 2026, to Sunday, January 3, 2027, at the Gemeenteplein in Edegem.
