Over the past two weeks, the Civil Affairs department has been thoroughly refurbished. Starting Monday, October 26, the department will reopen its doors, welcoming visitors to a renewed, warm, and modern environment. The new setup not only provides a fresh look but also enhances service delivery and ensures greater privacy during visits. A thoughtful layout allows for more comfortable and discreet conversations at the counter.
A significant advancement is the introduction of live enrollment. From Monday, October 26, passport photos for identity cards, Kids-IDs, or travel passes will be taken free of charge on-site at the counter. This eliminates the need for visitors to bring their own photos, offering greater convenience and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
For any inquiries, citizens can approach a staff member at the reception or within Civil Affairs.
