The municipality of Brasschaat has launched a new contact channel: WhatsApp. Residents can now also send a message via this platform for faster and more accessible services.

Through this new contact channel, Brasschaat is making its services even more accessible and helping residents get the right information faster. In addition to calling, emailing, or visiting the town hall, residents can now easily send a message to the 'Gemeente Brasschaat' WhatsApp account.
A smart assistant directly retrieves answers from the municipal website and quickly provides the most relevant information. This way, residents no longer have to search through various web pages themselves and receive a clear and personal answer to their question.
WhatsApp offers an additional contact option alongside existing channels. If a question requires more explanation or personal contact, the assistant will redirect to the reception via the general phone number 03 650 29 30 or via info@brasschaat.be.
To use the WhatsApp service, residents can send a message via the link https://wa.me/3236502930, or add the phone number 03 650 29 30 to their contacts and send a WhatsApp message.
With this new service, Brasschaat takes another step forward in digital and customer-oriented service delivery.
