The city is seeking one enthusiastic association to take full responsibility for the bar's organization. The selected association will receive a fee of 900 euros. Veurne City will handle the purchase of drinks and necessary materials, meaning the association does not need to finance its own drink stock.
The association must provide a team of at least 15 staff members, who will be present from 10 AM until after the event concludes and cleanup is finished. Additionally, the association will be responsible for a deposit system for reusable cups. Practical arrangements for this will be jointly determined during the preparation phase.
Through this call, Veurne City aims to offer associations the opportunity to actively contribute to a successful Valentine's Drink while strengthening their own association's finances.
