The OCMW Council decided in September to sell two agricultural plots that are currently free for use. These include a plot in the Hooiestraat in Beernem and a plot in the Hazelbeekstraat/Neerstraat in Ruddervoorde.
The sales and bidding process is being managed by the Real Estate Transactions Service of the Flemish Government. Interested parties can submit their bids via the service's website. The specific files are also directly accessible via the Vastgoedtransacties website.
Bids can be submitted no later than November 18, 2026, via the website of the Real Estate Transactions Service. Following the initial bidding period, a right of higher bid will be organized on November 23, 2026, for candidates who have submitted a valid bid.
