Residents, associations, and organizers are invited to share their opinions on the offerings and user-friendliness of the online webshop for hall rentals and material lending. The city aims to simplify application procedures and align services with user needs.
The survey examines various aspects, including the range of halls and materials such as party, sound, lighting, game, and sports equipment, clarity of information, ease of use of the webshop, and the application process.
Mayor Kasper Vandecasteele emphasizes the importance of feedback: "Good service starts with listening to those who use it daily. Associations, organizers, and residents know best what works smoothly and what challenges they face."
Alderperson for Participation Tom Vlaeminck adds that participation is valuable even in practical matters like hall rental. "The easier we make it to organize an activity, the more space there is for encounters, engagement, and a vibrant community life in our city."
The results from the survey, which can be completed via samen.menen.be, will be analyzed to implement concrete improvements to the webshop and further optimize digital services.
