The plots are designated as lot 4, 5, and 6 on a survey plan available on the notary's office website. Written bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Notary Office “Niels Debakker & Céline Vanquickenborne” at Heirbaan 108, 8570 Anzegem, clearly marked “Bod perceel grond” (Bid plot of land).
The starting price for lots 4 and 5 together is a minimum of 8,235 euros. For lot 6, the starting price is a minimum of 1,617 euros.
