On Tuesday, September 29th, Dilbeek is once again organizing the Knowledge Café at Kasteel De Viron, a free event aimed at strengthening and connecting local associations.

Dilbeek is organizing the Knowledge Café on Tuesday, September 29th, a free, biennial training and networking event for Dilbeek associations. Starting at 7 PM, the event will take place at Kasteel De Viron. Associations will receive an evening full of inspiration, useful information, and concrete tips to enhance their operations.
The Knowledge Café brings together board members, volunteers, and other engaged association members to learn, exchange experiences, and meet each other. Dilbeek aims to inform, inspire, and support associations with practical tools.
During the program, participants can attend various sessions on current themes and receive information about the support available to them as Dilbeek associations. Attendees can choose a maximum of two one-hour sessions or one two-hour workshop.
The program includes sessions on lowering barriers for new members, using the UiTdatabank for increased visibility, promoting children's activities, a resuscitation course for youth workers, advisory councils and citizen initiatives, sports plans and subsidies for Dilbeek sports associations, and managing intoxication and cross-border behavior at events.
Following the sessions, there will be a networking moment with snacks and drinks. Participants can discuss the evening, ask questions, get to know other associations, and meet Dilbeek's association support staff. The Knowledge Café focuses not only on knowledge sharing but also on making new contacts and strengthening each other.
