Damage to the concrete road surface will be addressed at three locations. The concrete, the top asphalt layer, and the road markings will be renewed to keep the highway safe and comfortable for all road users.
The works will take place over two weekends: from Friday, October 2 (7 PM) to Tuesday, October 6 (5 AM) and from Friday, October 16 (7 PM) to Tuesday, October 20 (5 AM). The renewed concrete needs sufficient time to harden, meaning the work will last until Tuesday morning each time.
The E314 will remain open during the works, but only one lane will be available in each direction at the construction sites. A reduced maximum speed limit will also be in effect. Road users should particularly expect extra traffic congestion and longer waiting times on Saturdays.
