Residents of Evergem have the opportunity to purchase second-hand goods on Saturday, October 24th, during the annual municipal sale. The auction will take place at the warehouse (Oostveld) and offers a diverse selection, including abandoned bicycles, garden equipment, and household items.
The offerings include a border edger, lawnmower, handball goals, children's chairs and tables, and various sewage materials such as bends, end caps, and connectors. There are also approximately 45 folding chairs and a wide selection of plates and glasses for sale, including cocktail and beer glasses from brands like Havana Club, La Trappe, Wesmalle, and Brugs Witbier.
Visitors can view the items from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The auction starts at 9:30 AM and concludes at 12:00 PM. Bicycles will be auctioned last. Payment is due immediately after the auction via Bancontact. All goods are sold as is.
Specific conditions apply to the sewage materials and plates/cups, which are sold in bulk. A deposit of € 90 is required for the crates in which some materials are supplied. The indicated quantities are estimates and may vary without affecting the bid price.
