For the setup and dismantling of the festival tent at Gebr. Van De Woestyneplein, vehicle access is prohibited from September 25 to October 7. Parking is also forbidden on the square. A priority traffic scheme will be implemented at the square, from house numbers 12A to 15 towards Dullaert. Cyclists and pedestrians will still have access.
The Dullaert itself will be closed to motorized traffic on Friday, October 2 (5:30 PM - midnight), Saturday, October 3 (11:00 AM - 2:00 AM), and Sunday, October 4 (5:30 PM - 2:00 AM).
The flea market originally scheduled for Sunday, September 27, at Gebr. Van De Woestyneplein has been moved to the Dullaert.
On Saturday, October 3, children's entertainment will take place. To ensure safety, Zuidmoerstraat will be closed between Kaaistraat and Euerardstraat. A diversion route will be organized for local traffic via Kaaistraat, Zuidmoerstraat, Burggravenstraat, Raashekke, Leikensweg, H. Consciencestraat, and Euerardstraat.
On Sunday, October 4, a large flea market will be held as part of the Kaaifeesten. From early morning, the area will be closed to motorized traffic. A zone plan indicating parking options will be provided on-site.
