With over 125 exhibitors, a wide variety of animals, and a broad range of associations, organizations, and entrepreneurs, Beestig Eeklo 2027 promises to offer a lot again. Those wishing to participate as an exhibitor can register from October 4, 2026.
This open-air animal event, which has become a regular fixture for animal lovers from Eeklo and beyond, invites visitors to discover diverse animal species, from common pets to unusual and less everyday types. In addition to the animals themselves, visitors can learn about animal welfare, care, and animal life from the many participating associations, organizations, and entrepreneurs.
The event takes place in the Heldenpark and aims to be a pleasant day for the whole family, focusing on humans and animals. Food and drinks will also be available.
Beestig Eeklo aims to bring together a diverse mix of exhibitors again in 2027. Associations, pet shops, animal welfare organizations, and providers of special products or services for animals can apply.
Registrations open on October 4, 2026, World Animal Day, and run until December 31, 2026. Registration is free and can be done via the city's website.
