The Borremans Mosselcross will be held on Sunday, October 11 in Dendermonde. The event takes place on the grounds along the Hamsesteenweg. Competitions are scheduled for novices, juniors, U23, and elite riders, with the first race starting at 9 AM and the last at 3 PM.
The setup of the course begins on Thursday, October 1, and dismantling concludes on Saturday, October 17, at 5 PM. To ensure a smooth and safe organization, several temporary traffic measures are in place.
From Thursday, October 1, at 8 AM to Saturday, October 17, at 5 PM, parking is prohibited on the Hamsesteenweg (between the roundabout at Fabriekstraat and house number 72) and on the Dendermondse Steenweg (between the Hamsesteenweg and the border with Dendermonde). The Zandvoortstraat will be temporarily closed during setup and dismantling and will reopen for traffic after the works.
On Sunday, October 11, parking is prohibited in the Oude Molenstraat, Vijfbunderstraat, and Prindelstraat. On the same day, from 8 AM to 6 PM, the Hamsesteenweg (from the junction with Dendermondse Steenweg), the Dendermondse Steenweg (between Hamsesteenweg and the border with Dendermonde), the Oude Molenstraat, the Vijfbunderstraat, and the Prindelstraat will be closed to all traffic.
Traffic heading towards Hamme will follow a detour via the Dendermondse Steenweg, Fabriekstraat, N41, and Hoogkamerstraat. Traffic heading towards Dendermonde will be rerouted via the Hoogkamerstraat, N41, Fabriekstraat, and Dendermondse Steenweg.
Additionally, from October 1 to October 17, a temporary speed limit of 50 km/h will be in effect on the Hamsesteenweg.
