During the Weekend of the Customer, taking place on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, 2026, retailers in Herk-de-Stad will put their customers in the spotlight. They are organizing fun promotions, special attentions, or other surprises to make the shopping weekend extra festive.

Additionally, the event offers an extra chance to win a Flanders Holiday Voucher worth 250 euros. Many participating stores will have a contest panel with a QR code. By scanning it and answering a contest question and a tie-breaker question, customers can win this prize. Participation is possible up to five times.
To enter the contest, shop between October 3 and 12, 2026, find the contest panel at your favorite retailer, scan the QR code, and answer the questions. Winners will be notified personally at the end of October.
