The municipality of Bocholt has initiated a sales procedure for the former childcare building located at Schoolhof 16A. The building, which served as a childcare location for many years, is being sold under strict conditions: the buyer must continue to operate the site as childcare or toddler care.

Through this procedure, Bocholt aims to continue its commitment to a strong and accessible childcare offering. By preserving the existing infrastructure for the care of young children, the municipality intends to meet the growing demand for childcare places and support the further development of the local childcare services.
Interested candidates can submit a proposal for the purchase of the site until December 6, 2026. The minimum selling price for the site is 225,000 euros.
