The 2026-2027 school year has started well. With the first month now behind us, we can look back on a smooth beginning. The children are gradually getting used to their new class with their teacher and are already fully engaged in discovering new lessons, assignments, and tasks.
Thanks to the pleasant weather, lessons were not only held in the classroom but various classes also ventured outdoors. For instance, the kindergarteners explored fauna and flora on the barefoot path in Malle. Several classes visited the library.
The oldest kindergarteners were immersed in the world of music and visual arts through a collaboration with Kunstkuur. The fourth grade discovered art and bingo via an exhibition at De Bijl and a visit to the nursing home.
The primary school children discovered their athletic side through a cross-country run. The third grade explored the world of the Gauls and Romans in Tongeren.
All children from kindergarten and primary school enjoyed a bouncy castle and a delicious ice cream.
