From Wednesday, December 9 to Sunday, December 13, the 'Zilvermeer Vriest' event will take place at the Zilvermeer Provincial Recreation Domain. In and around the spiegeltent, set up on the lawn near the new high playground tower De Zandfabriek, a varied program will be offered with comedy, music, entertainment, and children's animation. The spiegeltent serves as the central venue for cozy winter evenings and a child-friendly Sunday afternoon.
The program begins on Wednesday, December 9, with a Comedy Night, featuring performances by Bas Birker, Els Verhofstede, and MC Milan. Thursday, December 10, is dedicated to the Academie Muziek en Woord (Academy of Music and Word) with a varied performance, followed by a drag music bingo at 7 PM. Friday, December 11, features an Afterwork with music and a relaxed atmosphere. On Saturday, December 12, attendees can sing along during Vlaanderen Zingt Kerst (Flanders Sings Christmas) with Christmas classics, after which a DJ will continue the evening. Sunday, December 13, is reserved for children with an afternoon full of animation, lasting until 6 PM.
Tickets for Zilvermeer Vriest will be available for purchase starting Monday, October 19. More information on prices and practical details can be found on the Zilvermeer website.
