Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen opened the doors of its brand new Parkzicht residential project in Hoboken and the Hagelberghof assisted living units in Berendrecht on New Construction Sunday, attracting over 150 interested visitors.

In Hoboken, Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen for the first time opened its brand new residential project Parkzicht on Krijgsbaan to the public. The project will become a new home for hundreds of Antwerp seniors from the autumn of 2027. During tours, visitors discovered the plans for the future care home Sequoia, which will house 120 residents in small-scale living groups. Additionally, the site will feature 70 modern assisted living units, spread across the residences De Linde and De Esdoorn.
A new service center and the neighborhood bistro Kombine will also be located there. Thus, Parkzicht is growing into much more than just a care site: a vibrant meeting place where residents and neighborhood residents can connect.
Interest was also high in Berendrecht. There, visitors could get acquainted with the new assisted living units of Hagelberghof. These modern apartments offer seniors the opportunity to live independently for as long as possible, with the comfort of an adapted home and the reassurance that support is always nearby.
