The college of mayor and aldermen granted a permit on 15/09/2026 for the plots at Oude Keerbergsebaan. This area, known as 'site Meurop', is subject to a Brownfield covenant, RUP, and subdivision.
To ensure a correct addressing policy for the future development of the area, a new street name was necessary. The municipal council decided on 28/10/2026 to retain the name 'Meuropplein'.
Interested parties can submit written comments or objections to the college of mayor and aldermen for a period of 30 days, from 05/11/2026 to 05/12/2026.
