The municipality is developing the Zoning Plan for Residential Areas (RUP Woonzonering) and the Building Code (Bouwcode). The aim is to establish clear rules for housing and construction, focusing on living quality, green spaces, and the rural character of Bonheiden.
During the participation event, scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, from 6 PM to 9 PM in the Council and Aldermen's Chamber of the town hall (Jacques Morrensplein 10), initial plans will be presented. Residents can ask questions, provide feedback, and help shape the future of housing in Bonheiden.
Furthermore, a public consultation runs from November 2 to December 31, 2026. Citizens can review the initial and process notes and submit their comments or suggestions via omgeving@bonheiden.be, by registered mail, or by handing in their response at the town hall against receipt.
