The Brusselstraat in Ternat will be closed to motorized traffic between Platanenlaan and Wilgenlaan from Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 9 due to asphalt works. The schedule is weather-dependent.
On October 5 and 6, the old asphalt will be milled away and the street prepared. On October 7, the new asphalt layers will be applied, followed by a hardening period on October 8 and 9.
Detours are in place. From Dilbeek to the center of Ternat and the Assesteenweg, follow Molenstraat (Dilbeek), Sint-Martinusstraat, Bodegemstraat, Gemeentehuisstraat, and Molenstraat (Ternat). From Ternat to Dilbeek and the tree and flower district, follow Statiestraat, Keizerstraat, Bodegemstraat, Sint-Martinusstraat, and Molenstraat (Dilbeek). Follow the detour signs on site.
Pedestrians can pass along the construction site. Cyclists can pass if they dismount. Parking is prohibited in the entire work zone.
The Neeralfenestraat bus stop will not be served during the works. Buses from De Lijn will follow a detour. Passengers are advised to check their journey via the De Lijn app or at delijn.be.
