The municipality of Linkebeek is working on a plan to make the area greener, cooler, and more resilient to drought and flooding, seeking resident input during the Linkebeek Festivals on October 11.

How can we make Linkebeek greener, cooler, and more resilient to drought and flooding? The municipality is developing a plan for more space for water and nature in our streets, gardens, and squares. For this, we are collaborating with the Strategic Project Zennevallei (Province Flemish Brabant), the Regional Landscape Pajottenland & Zennevallei, and the research team Cluster and Endeavour. The research team has created a new design for several specific locations in the municipality to redesign and green them.
We want to shape this design together with residents, associations, and local organizations. Nobody knows the neighborhood better than those who live there every day. For this, we also need your perspective on the neighborhood!
During the Linkebeek Festivals on October 11, visit our stand behind the town hall and tell us what you think about the design ideas and the identity of Linkebeek!
