With this first intervision session, the City aims to bring schools together and create space to share experiences, questions, and expertise. This lays the foundation for a network of behavioral experts within Aalst's primary education, where schools can learn from each other and collectively seek answers to behavioral challenges.
Exchange and collaboration are central during the meeting. Participants will get acquainted with the behavioral experts, identify questions and needs regarding behavior, discuss concrete case studies, and exchange experiences, approaches, and best practices. They will also explore how schools and city services can reinforce each other.
The CLBs (centers for learning support) and learning support centers will also participate. They will provide an overview of their support offerings and share information on materials, methodologies, and other resources.
