On October 4th, World Animal Day, Bethanië in Zoersel is seeking temporary foster families for dogs and cats whose owners are admitted to the institution.

On October 4th, it is World Animal Day, a day to give our pets some extra pampering. However, sometimes owners cannot care for their dog or cat themselves temporarily, for instance during an admission to Bethanië mental health care. In such cases, a warm foster family is more than welcome.
Bethanië is therefore looking for families who are willing to temporarily provide a warm home for a dog or cat. Knowing that their beloved pet is well cared for can be a great reassurance for owners during their stay at the institution.
The foster period can range from one week to as long as six months. During this time, you will take care of the animal, while the owner can focus on their own admission and recovery with peace of mind.
