The contest encouraged participants to seek out special places, surprising details, and beautiful moments, showcasing Oud-Turnhout in their own unique way. A total of 41 entries were received, and thanks are extended to all participants.
The judging focused on emotion rather than technical perfection. The story and feeling evoked by the photo were decisive. The jury, composed of two representatives from Toerisme Oud-Turnhout vzw and two members from Fotoclub DIFO, individually scored each photo out of 100. The sum of the four scores determined the final ranking.
The winners of the contest are Inge Geudens (gift voucher worth 75 euros), Daphne Raven (gift voucher worth 50 euros), and Peter Schellens (gift voucher worth 25 euros). As an additional prize, these winners will receive a year's membership to Fotoclub DIFO.
