Extra household waste can once again be easily and quickly deposited underground at the Oud-strijdersplein. The underground waste container is active again after a temporary defect. Users log in with their electronic identity card (eID) and the deposit fee is automatically deducted from their DIFTAR balance.
The container is located at the Oud-strijdersplein and is accessible daily from 7 AM to 9 PM, with a request to consider the peace of the local residents. Only household waste in bags of a maximum of 40 liters per deposit is allowed. PMD, GFT, paper, cardboard, or glass may not be deposited.
To open the container, hold your eID against the card reader. The Local administration of Lint requests that waste never be placed next to or around the container, as this causes nuisance and is considered illegal dumping.
